McCoy Drilling & Completions | Farr is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic power tongs and tong accessories for use in oil well work over and drilling applications. We also produce the Wincatt computerized torque control system.
We are current searching for a CNC Programmer to work in our west end manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities:
- Write programs for CNC machines such as 2D and 3D programs
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform related testing, debugging and documentation
- Assist operators with setting up new programs and reviewing manufacturing methods and will assist in maintaining the CNC program database.
- Run Hurco, Okuma and or other CNC programs
Qualifications:
- Possess solid Mastercam knowledge
- Ability to identify and select proper tooling, G Code programming expertise
- Experience with CNC machines, tools, inserts and fixtures, and Fanuc control systems a must
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
