McCoy Drilling & Completions| Superior Manufacturing & Hydraulics is a leading manufacturer of oilfield equipment located in Broussard, Louisiana.
We have an opening for a Hydraulic Technician. The individual will report to the Production Manager of the Hydraulic department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of service calls
- Troubleshoot basic hydraulic systems
- Repair tongs, backups, pipe handler equipment, cylinders etc.
- Repair gear boxes and hydraulic brakes
- Repair winches
Qualifications:
- FPT 2 year certification a must
- Basic proficiency in pipe handlers, winches, tongs, gear boxes, hydraulic brakes and basic hydraulic systems
- Forklift license a must
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to travel occasionally a must
- Ability to make precision measurements and record specific data for ordering parts
- Good communication skills
