We are currently recruiting a Machinist (Manual) for our south Edmonton location.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manual lathes and mills
- Read blue prints and work orders
- Perform precision measurements
- Lift and move parts around the plant
Qualifications:
- 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice in machining preferred
- Journeyman certificate considered an asset
- Working knowledge of manual lathes, mills, drill presses and precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of down hole tools a must
- Willing to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable with a good attitude a must
