We also apply copper coating for thread protection and conductivity and are one of a select few North American facilities that can apply nickel-chrome coatings for all major oilfield companies.
Our expert technicians and equipment can handle a wide range of inside- and outside-diameter chrome plating applications. For example, our capacity for industrial hard chrome plating of new or used components w is up to 40’ length, 36” diameter, and 20,000 lb. Regardless of the size of your project, we guarantee that we will manage the process with precision and if required we can check a completed cross-section for bond, porosity, structure, and microhardness.
