Our 100,000-square-foot facility specializes in the repair, service, and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders, swivel joints for mobile cranes, and hydraulic control valves. Even large hydraulic components can be disassembled in-house—our torque capabilities are 120,000 ft.-lb., and we can handle 240 mm gland nuts. Our machining, chroming, honing, grinding, and polishing capacities are as follows:
- Chroming – 40' length
- Polishing – 40' length, 36" OD (maximum weight 5 tons)
- Honing – 40' length, 28" diameter
- Grinding – 216" length, 28" diameter
- Machining – 20' length, 40" diameter
Before we begin on your hydraulic cylinder project, we will provide a detailed quote so there are no surprises. With every disassembly performed, you receive a comprehensive inspection report including magnetic particle inspection (MPI) for cracks, detailed photos, and a failure analysis. All cylinders are tested, extended, and retracted using our hydraulic test bench during variable pressure settings and within specific operating pressures.
