What you’ll bring:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High school reading level.
  • High school math ability.
  • Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Use of overhead crane, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer literacy skills

What you’ll do:

  • Clean grease and dirt from product.
  • Prep surfaces with either sand blasting and/or other mechanical/chemical means.
  • Maintain function of painting work cell equipment.
  • Apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated.
  • Select and mixes coating liquid to produce desired color.
  • Pour coating liquid into spray container and connect gun to air hose.
  • Turn sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and pressure of spray.
  • Pull trigger and direct spray onto work surface to apply prime or finish coat.
  • Coat areas inaccessible to hand sprayers with brush.
  • Complete minor touch ups on equipment when needed.
  • Visually inspect completed Paint & Blast assignments for work quality.
  • Clean spraying equipment and brushes with solvent.
  • Remove rust from metal, wire brush, or steel wool.
  • Comply with organizations policies, internal controls and Code of Conduct.
  • Conforming to paint specifications.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years related industry experience preferred
  • Previous technical or specialized training is an asset.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in mechanics and electronics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and passport to travel to field locations
  • Ensure all work undertaken is of a high safe quality, to agreed targets and timescales
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize workload and be able to work under pressure and take on several concurrent tasks

  • Broad Knowledge of tubular products and service.
  • Willing to travel onshore/offshore/international.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver hands-on operations, maintenance, and product training for McCoy Global equipment, including field trials, while continually improving training materials and educational tools.
  • Provide 24/7 technical product support, responding to customer requests within defined timeframes by working closely with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, supporting satisfaction, issue resolution, and the successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
  • Identify sales, growth, and new account opportunities across Sales, Rental, and Service, assisting with the development and execution of plans to capture customer and market opportunities.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate market, customer, and competitor intelligence including trends, pricing, market share, and technology impacts to support strategic and tactical planning.
  • Capture and communicate with customers and industry new product opportunities, providing input into business cases and requirements to ensure products are fit for purpose.
  • Provide regular activity and market reports to Sales, Marketing, and Product Line teams.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, Health & Safety standards, and Quality Management requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring:

  • Undergraduate degree and CPA designation required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting and finance.
  • Experience managing AR, AP, Treasury, GL maintenance, expense reporting, and month-end close.
  • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software implementation; Epicor experience considered an asset.
  •  Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships at all levels.

What you’ll do:

Financial Management and Oversight: 

  • Manage core accounting functions: Oversee AR, AP, Treasury, Expense Reporting, and GL maintenance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
  • Month-end and year-end close: Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare and present financial reports: Develop and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual results, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for management decision-making.
  • Lead statutory audits and compliance: Coordinate external audits and ensure adherence to corporate taxation, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
  • Implement best practices, policies, and procedures: Establish and enforce financial best practices to enhance operational efficiency and compliance across all accounting functions.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes: Assist in preparing and reviewing budgets and forecasts by providing historical data, validating assumptions, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Monitor working capital and cash flow: Provide oversight of cash management activities, including bank reconciliations, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.

Financial Systems, Process Improvement and Collaboration:

  • Identify and implement process improvements: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Leverage financial systems: Utilize ERP systems (Epicor experience considered an asset) and other financial tools to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Support system implementations: Assist with the integration and optimization of financial systems and tools to improve automation and reporting capabilities.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of three direct reports: Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure professional growth and high performance.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Support talent development within the finance team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
