What you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a quality management system environment compliant with ISO 9001 or API Q1 standards

What you’ll do:
- Manage document revisions and version control to ensure the current versions are acceptable and available for use.
- Prepare documents and facilitate the review, approval, and distribution of QMS documents.
- Monitor and maintain quality system records in compliance with API Q1, ISO 9001, and customer requirements
- Support change control processes by ensuring integrating updated documentation into the QMS.
- Organize documentation packages for products received from suppliers
- Gather and compile required documents, including test reports, certificates, material specifications, and inspection records, into customer data packages.
- Act as the primary contact for document-related inquiries.
- Support internal quality audits as well as customer and certification audits
- Assist in monitoring QMS performance by collecting relevant data and generating statistical reports
- Monitor the CI database to ensure accurate and complete record entries
- Investigate and gather relevant data to assist in resolving customer complaints.
- Contribute to achieving facility quality objectives and targets
- Accurately complete customer documentation packages in accordance with customer's specification for each order.
- Assist the Quality Manager in special projects as assigned

What you’ll bring:
- 3 to 5 years Quality Inspector/Tech experience using dimensional inspection equipment
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Experience in ISO and/or API certified facility preferred.
- Collaborative approach to getting things done and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to effectively use calipers, micrometers, and other dimensional inspection gauges.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) with a large variety of stakeholders
- Computer proficiency in software applications to include analysis, letter writing, email communications.
What you’ll do:
- Perform dimensional inspections on incoming and in-process parts from machining, welding, heat treating and other suppliers to confirm conformance to engineering drawings and McCoy documentation requirements.
- Expedite daily production output by assuring timely flow of all quality control checks and corrections.
- Report inspection findings in computerized systems used to monitor inspection activities, non-conformances and failures, customer complaints, and other QMS activities.
- Provide feedback to Engineering, Purchasing and Production on product quality and inspection results.
- Effectively communicate and document non-conformances, participate in investigations and implement final disposition decisions.
- Participate in the identification of root causes and implementation of corrective actions.
- Drive timely investigation of customer complaints and non-conformances.
- Complete customer documentation packages in accordance with company procedures and customer specifications for each order.
- Interact with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing and Service departments to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Assist with Quality Management System audits.

What you’ll do:
- Create and maintain engineering documents relating to product specification, design, development, prototyping, testing, verification, validation, user documentation and technical regulatory compliance.
- Perform 2D/3D design and modeling.
- Analyze designs, product life cycle evaluation, and hydraulic/pneumatic control designs.
- Produce designs, concepts and layouts, professional quality drawings, material specifications, structured Bill of Material (BOM) for parts, and assemblies and systems
- Generate process diagrams, flow charts, user documentation, graphic display of data, documented design calculations, technical regulatory compliance documentation, and other data as required by the assigned project or customer.
- Present designs and results from engineering activities to internal/external customers

What you’ll do:
Expeditor Key Responsibilities
- Extracting/generating scheduling and procurement related information from Clear to Build Report, Part Shortage report or other related reports, and follow-up with stakeholders such as Production, Engineering and/or Sales as well as Suppliers to ensure accurate delivery expectations of goods and/or services.
- Communicate any issues that may impact vendor delivery dates with Production and/or Sales.
- Regularly attend team meetings to provide up to date delivery information to Production Control. Coordinate information acquired during meetings to adjust delivery changes with vendors to accommodate changing production demands.
- Ability to execute problem solving skills to resolve issues with late deliveries, discrepancies in quality or quantity, or failure to meet established specifications / guidelines that impact production and/or sales.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop/arrange expediting for critical demand dates of goods and/or services.
- Utilize industry best practices by applying all relevant procedures, tools, and forms to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of expediting.
Buyer Key Responsibilities
- Review product demand reports daily to identify required products / services needed to meet demand and/or minimum stock levels.
- Choose appropriate vendors from McCoy Global approved vendor list to send RFQs for products and/or services.
- Acquire multiple quotes for products and/or services prior to purchase order or purchase based on Price, Availability, and Delivery.
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders by entering relevant data into MRP / ERP system per purchasing procedures.
- Meet forecasted and/or unplanned procurement needs for commodities and/or specific market segments as assigned.
- Perform purchasing activities related to direct/indirect products and services including, but not limited to operational supplies, sub-contracting, engineering services, consumables, manufacturing works, MRO, maintenance, site services, VMI Consumables, and calibrations/certifications
- Process purchase inter departmental requisitions, when required, and monitor purchase requisition requests daily through creation to arrival.
- Approve and issue purchase orders, in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
- Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action
- Follow McCoy procedures to complete and monitor Continuous Improvement Actions including Non-Conformance steps when goods or services are not acceptable according to Quality Control.
- Help coordinate with AP and vendors to resolve open invoice issues
- Complete routine inventories of indirect materials on a frequent basis to ensure materials are available for use.
- Provide support (quotes/options) in response to requests for maintenance, repair, operations equipment, services, for plant and office
- Perform other duties as assigned.
