What We Need:

 

We need a fulltime member for our Product Delivery team! Someone who is a team player, enjoys challenges and passionate about the work that they do.

The Repair Technician, reporting to the Production Supervisor, Data Acquisition and Sensors is responsible for testing, evaluation, and repair of a variety of McCoy Global and third-party products. The Repair Technician will work alongside the Sales and Service team to secure and grow repair revenue for McCoy Global.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years related industry experience preferred
  • Previous technical or specialized training is an asset
  • Comprehensive knowledge in mechanics and electronics

What you’ll do:

 

  • Perform evaluations, calibrate, and complete required assembly of repair and new units.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic and electronic systems and recommend course of action to repair McCoy Global and third-party products.
  • Ability to work with engineering and find solutions to repair third-part products.
  • Fill out detailed reports in Epicor and keep records on services that have been performed.
  • Repairs, installs, and inspects electronics or electronic systems as directed through verbal or written directions, diagrams, drawings, or specifications.
  • Determines material or replacement needs and a logical method for repair; takes appropriate action to meet those needs and makes repairs.
  • Interacting with customers and ensuring that their concerns are appropriately addressed in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Escalate serious and repetitive issues when necessary.
  • Perform calibrations on most systems while recording and maintaining all calibration and service records.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2-3 years of inside sales experience

What you’ll do:

We need a fulltime member to join our Product Delivery Team! Someone who is a team player,

The CNC Machinist is responsible for manufacturing quality products through the operation of CNC Machinery. This position monitors the machine operation to ensure optimal productivity and maintains the machine in proper working order.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • 1-3 years’ experience with programming CNC equipment; specifically, Mazatrol and G Code
  • Vocational training or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Work comfortably in a team environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time

 

What you’ll do:

  • Setup CNC equipment without supervision, change cutting tools and adjust machine feeds and speeds as needed.
  • Resolve problems by making decisions to correct constraints.
  • Equipment set up for CNC Machines.
  • Identify root causes and corrective action for quality problems.
  • Utilize measuring equipment used in the industry such as calipers, micrometers, height gauge and other measuring equipment needed to complete work.
  • Use prescribed procedures to inspect part(s) and product(s) produced to assure compliance to specifications that will eliminate defects, scrap, rework, etc. Ensure part(s) meet all McCoy Quality requirements.
  • Maintain equipment and work area on a daily basis in a clean and orderly condition, report defective equipment, materials and/or faulty operations to supervisor.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Need:

You will be responsible for product designing, development, and management. In addition, you will provide assistance to the Electrical Engineers who are tasked with assisting manufacturing and service with technical support.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of Engineering CAD software is a plus
  • Oilfield related experience is a plus

  • Digital Signal Processing (Embedded processors for digital calibration and control)

  • Analog to Digital Conversion (low noise Delta Sigma techniques)
  • Design Standards (CE, Immunity, HAZLOC for intrinsic safety)
  • Long distance Signal Transmission (RS485, RS422, CAN, 4-20 ma, TCPIP)
  • Windows Programming for User GUI (C, C++, Java, LabWindows/LabView, etc.)
  • Sensors (Strain gage, pressure, proximity, position, MEMS)
  • Interconnection Cabling Principles for analog and digital signals
  • Latest technology and safety for Lithium batteries
  • RF Protocols (802.15.4, Zigbee, WiFi, Bluetooth)
  • PCB layout principles for low noise, high speed, and HAZLOC circuits
  • Electrical schematic entry, system interconnect drawings, operation manuals
  • HAZLOC methods of protection for product and circuit design

  • Design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment on assigned projects and tasks
  • Confer with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop action plans to necessary meet requirements and improve the product and its processes
  • Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities
  • Provide technical assistance to the organization and customer
  • Support the production of designed parts and assemblies

What We Need:

The Electromechanical Technician is responsible for the mechanical build and electrical assembly of a variety of McCoy Global products, including torque subs, iron roughneck products, crane and aircraft sensors and other McCoy products.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Electro-Mechanical/Electronic Degree preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience operating a Fork Truck preferred
  • Welding experience is a plus but not required
  • Soldering experience with Boards and assembly
  • Experience with reading and interpreting schematics/drawings
  • Ability to handle and manipulate tooling and large metal assemblies
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Experience in oilfield related manufacturing would be an asset

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Mechanical build and electrical assembly
  • Operate calibration stands and perform preventative maintenance as needed
  • Perform evaluations, calibrate and complete required assembly of Repair units
  • Ability to review drawings, schematics and test instructions for required assemblies
  • Responsible for production schedule commit dates and exceptions as needed
  • Maintain accurate tool lists and supplies for the work center; 5S Knowledge and demonstration a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve assembly issues as required
  • Strict adherence to Company Safety Policies and regulations
