  • Own the Epicor ERP platform and related business applications, including governance, reliability, configuration standards, security roles, data integrity, and system performance.

ERP Roadmap, Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

  • Own the ERP roadmap, enhancement backlog, upgrade calendar, support model, and business process standardization plan.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, evaluate, and prioritize business requirements and translate business needs and operational priorities into ERP roadmap and prioritized enhancement backlog.
  • Lead system enhancement initiatives from requirements through design, testing, deployment, adoption, and stabilization.
  • Own the ERP upgrade and release calendar, including implementation planning, execution, testing, deployment, business readiness, post-implementation stabilization, and proper change management governance.

User Support, Training & Adoption

  • Own the ERP support model, including intake, triage, prioritization, escalation, resolution tracking, communication, and recurring issue analysis.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Epicor ERP issues and maintain ownership through resolution.
  • Develop and maintain ERP training materials, standard work, user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base content.

Reporting, Data & Analytics

  • Establish data quality expectations and partner with process owners to improve master data accuracy, transaction discipline, and reporting consistency.

Application Support & Integrations

  • Own the support and governance of Epicor-integrated applications, including integrations, automation, DMT activities, data workflows, and controlled data updates.

What you’ll do:

Expeditor Key Responsibilities

  • Extracting/generating scheduling and procurement related information from Clear to Build Report, Part Shortage report or other related reports, and follow-up with stakeholders such as Production, Engineering and/or Sales as well as Suppliers to ensure accurate delivery expectations of goods and/or services.
  • Communicate any issues that may impact vendor delivery dates with Production and/or Sales.
  • Regularly attend team meetings to provide up to date delivery information to Production Control.  Coordinate information acquired during meetings to adjust delivery changes with vendors to accommodate changing production demands.
  • Ability to execute problem solving skills to resolve issues with late deliveries, discrepancies in quality or quantity, or failure to meet established specifications / guidelines that impact production and/or sales.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop/arrange expediting for critical demand dates of goods and/or services.
  • Utilize industry best practices by applying all relevant procedures, tools, and forms to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of expediting.

Buyer Key Responsibilities

  • Review product demand reports daily to identify required products / services needed to meet demand and/or minimum stock levels.
  • Choose appropriate vendors from McCoy Global approved vendor list to send RFQs for products and/or services.
  • Acquire multiple quotes for products and/or services prior to purchase order or purchase based on Price, Availability, and Delivery.
  • Create and maintain Purchase Orders by entering relevant data into MRP / ERP system per purchasing procedures.
  • Meet forecasted and/or unplanned procurement needs for commodities and/or specific market segments as assigned.
  • Perform purchasing activities related to direct/indirect products and services including, but not limited to operational supplies, sub-contracting, engineering services, consumables, manufacturing works, MRO, maintenance, site services, VMI Consumables, and calibrations/certifications
  • Process purchase inter departmental requisitions, when required, and monitor purchase requisition requests daily through creation to arrival.
  • Approve and issue purchase orders, in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
  • Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action
  • Follow McCoy procedures to complete and monitor Continuous Improvement Actions including Non-Conformance steps when goods or services are not acceptable according to Quality Control.
  • Help coordinate with AP and vendors to resolve open invoice issues
  • Complete routine inventories of indirect materials on a frequent basis to ensure materials are available for use.
  • Provide support (quotes/options) in response to requests for maintenance, repair, operations equipment, services, for plant and office
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
