McCoy’s Cedar Park team achieves record turn-around time to meet a nuclear outage schedule.

Cedar Park has a nuclear facility customer (Konecranes), who placed an order for a system upgrade for their load monitoring system with a 10-week lead time. Once the order was placed, our team in Cedar Park received a call from the customer letting them know that the nuclear outage was scheduled to take place sooner than expected and asked if they could bring the lead time down from 10 weeks to 3 weeks. The team pulled together, worked diligently, some days around the clock, to accomplish this task and were able to ship the unit in just under 3 weeks to support the nuclear outage and meet new deadline.
